Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Senior Living Concierge ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Services
Senior Living Concierge is a non-medical senior living placement and referral agency operating in Texas. We assist families in identifying and evaluating assisted living facilities, memory care communities, independent living options, and residential care homes based on non-medical criteria and client preferences. Our services are provided at no direct cost to clients or their families.
No Medical Advice
Our services are for general placement and advisory purposes only. Nothing provided by Senior Living Concierge constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic guidance. We are not liable for any decisions made based on non-medical information provided by our agency.
Referral Fees & Compensation
In accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 121, Senior Living Concierge may receive referral fees or compensation from facilities to which we refer clients. We will provide written disclosure of any such financial relationships prior to making a referral. This compensation does not affect the quality or impartiality of our recommendations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information to assist us in identifying appropriate placement options. You are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any facility we recommend, including conducting tours, reviewing contracts, and consulting with healthcare providers. Final placement decisions rest solely with the client and their family.
Privacy & Data Use
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of delivering placement services. All information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable federal and Texas state privacy laws. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to facilitate your placement. Client records are retained for a minimum of five years and destroyed securely thereafter.
Limitation of Liability
Senior Living Concierge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information we provide. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, quality, or safety of any facility we recommend. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid directly to our agency.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
