Non-Medical Placement Confirmation
Our agency provides placement services for elderly individuals in assisted living facilities, memory care, and residential care homes. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All recommendations are based on non-medical criteria and client preferences.
Texas Referral Disclosure Statement
In accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 121, we disclose that our agency may receive referral fees or compensation from facilities we recommend. We maintain transparency with clients regarding any financial relationships with facilities and provide written disclosure prior to placement.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. All personal information collected during the placement process is securely stored and used solely for service delivery. We adhere to applicable federal and Texas state privacy laws. Our record-retention policy ensures client records are maintained for a minimum of five years and destroyed securely thereafter.
Conflict-of-Interest Policy
Our agency avoids conflicts of interest by disclosing any financial or personal relationships with recommended facilities. Staff members are prohibited from accepting gifts or incentives that could influence placement recommendations. All potential conflicts are documented and communicated to clients.
