Why We Exist
A Personal Mission, Turned Professional Purpose
Senior Living Concierge was born from a deeply personal experience. When our founder's mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, the family found themselves overwhelmed — searching the internet at midnight, calling communities cold, and trying to evaluate options they didn't fully understand.
That experience revealed a gap: families facing one of the most consequential decisions of their lives had no trusted guide. No one to call who truly knew the communities, understood the care levels, and had no financial incentive to steer them wrong.
We built Senior Living Concierge to be that guide. Since 2009, we've helped over 1,200 Texas families find the right community — with expertise, compassion, and a service that is always free to families.

After navigating her own mother's transition to memory care, Margaret founded Senior Living Concierge to ensure no Texas family had to face that journey alone. With over 15 years in senior care, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to every family she serves.

Denise spent a decade as a social worker in Houston's hospital system before joining Senior Living Concierge.
